South2 West8 Leopard Army String Shorts
South2 West8, a sub brand under the Nepenthes umbrella started in 2003 by Kaname Nagaoka and Needles’ designer Keizo Shimizu. South2 West8 takes influence from fly fishing and the outdoors, creating their brand around function and aesthetic. Although often overshadowed by Engineered Garments and Needles, their use of unorthodox fabrics, designs and construction fits perfectly in the Nepenthes group of Japanese Americana brands.
These mid rise cotton flannel shorts are featured in a leopard pattern in multicolor. The stripes are in tones of khaki and brown throughout and has two front pockets and a concealed drawstring and elastic waistband.
